Autumn Sunflowers Banner Wall Hanging Kit

As seen on Sewing Street this kit makes a season appropriate wall hanging.  There is a mix of warm autumnal colours on a parchment background before the added vibrant narrow border and binding.

The “sunflowers” are made of three layers of petals, rust, gold and burnt orange with a golden checked centre. The circles of petals are inspired by the Dresden Plate design but are then layered and embroidered to give depth to the flowers. These can be applied by hand or machine.

The rich golds, oranges and rusts are set on the parchment coloured background before the mix of colour that is the narrow border fabric is added and finally bound in the deep rust. We just love the triangular point to this wall hanging, ideal to hang in the hallway.

The kit contains all the quality cotton fabrics to make the wall hanging, including the binding, detailed instructions and full size templates.
